Rental Cost for one Unit is $2,500 Monthly.
Security Deposit
$1,500
We require a security deposit for all of our rental units to ensure they are taken care of and returned in the same condition as when they were rented. This deposit is refundable within three weeks after move out assuming no damage has been done to the unit during the rental period.
Cleaning Fee
$225
At our rental units, your health and safety is our top priority. We understand the importance of a clean living space, which is why we provide professional cleaning prior to move in, including profesional linen service to ensure a sterile and safe environment for our guests.
Parking
$150
As a resident of The Cottages, you can enjoy exclusive personal parking spots for a monthly fee of just $150.
